CERTIFICATE GENERATION (SECTION 63(4)(c))

Q1. What types of certificates can IntFinder IO generate?

A: The software generates Part A Certificates (filled by the Party/Custodian of Device) and Part B Certificates (filled by Experts). Both formats comply fully with Section 63(4)(c) of the Bhartiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, 2023.

Q2. Does the tool support automated document generation?

A: Yes. Certificates can be generated in Word (.docx) and PDF formats with automatic opening after export.

Q3. Can I preview the certificate before printing?

A: Absolutely. The software provides live preview, print, and print preview options.

Q4. How are certificate filenames structured?

A: Filenames follow a date-time stamped format and use Tahoma font with fully justified text for professional and court-ready appearance.

HASHING & FILE PROCESSING

Q5. What hashing algorithms are available?

A: The tool supports MD5, SHA1, SHA256, and SHA512.
SHA1 is set as the default, but users can select any algorithm.

Q6. Can large files be hashed?

A: Yes. The hashing engine is optimized for large files (25 GB+) and includes a non-blocking UI to ensure smooth operation.

A: Yes. Users can hash a single file, multiple files, or an entire folder at once.

ACTIVATION PROCESS

1. Open Help → Activation

2. Email OEM with: Organisation name, User name, Address, Contact details

3. Copy Hardware ID and share it with the administrator

4. Receive the activation key

5. Enter the key and click Activate

A: Yes. Personal information and theme preferences are automatically saved and loaded on launch.

A: Yes. Certificate history lets you view, regenerate PDFs, or clear history with confirmation.

A: Yes. You can Save, Load, or Clear All Data anytime.
